Covenant Violations
Our Architectural Committee handles all covenant violations. It is one of the hardest and most important jobs on our HOA board. Their efforts are helping keep our neighborhood looking great! Please be diligent in avoiding these most common covenant violations:

    1. Do not park in the street. Ask guests and contractors to park in driveways.
    2. Keep weeds out of lawns & planting beds.
    3. Reattach loose & missing shutters.
    4. Do not store garbage & recycling bins in driveways. They must be stored out of sight and never at street longer than 24hrs for trash pickup.
    5. Trailers/Boats/RVs should not be stored in public view.
    6. Do not post commercial signs anywhere on property.

Online Tennis Court & Pavilion Reservation System
Wellington Walk is now utilizing an online system for all tennis court reservations. Link can be found on the Pool, Tennis, and Pavilion page.

Key Fobs
Please contact keyfob@wellingtonwalkhoa.com for any keyfob concerns. You must be current with all HOA dues and/or late fees to receive a new key fob. There is a $25 replacement fee for lost keyfobs.

Mail and Package Thefts in Grayson and Surrounding Areas
Neighborhoods in Grayson and surrounding areas have reported stolen mail and packages over the last couple of years. Drop your out going mail at the post office if possible or put it in your box as close to mail delivery time as possible. If you are having a package delivered, keep an eye out for it. You may want to sign up for email and/or text alerts from delivery services like Amazon, so that you'll know as soon as your package arrives. The post office also has an email alert service you can sign up for that will send you scanned images of all the mail that will be arriving in your mailbox. If you see anyone suspicious, alert the police as soon as possible.

Motorized Recreation Vehicles
Please remember that it is against Georgia Traffic Laws to drive unlicensed motorized vehicles on public streets. For safety reasons unlicensed low speed vehicles such as scooters, golf carts, go carts, ATVs, etc. should not be driven in our neighborhood. Licensed vehicles must be insured and may be driven only by individuals with a valid driver's license.

Golf Carts:
According to Gwinnett County Police Dept., golf carts are treated the same as a car. Therefore, any driver must have a valid driver’s license. The golf cart must be insured, equipped with safety equipment, display a valid GA tag, and be driven only in areas with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less. Speed limit in Wellington Walk is 25 mph. As always, our lake trails are for foot traffic only- no motorized vehicles of any kind are allowed on the trails.

Pet Owners - Be Responsible When Walking Your Pet
There have been many recent reports of pets getting away from their owners or not being on leashes. Neighbors have been chased by dogs and unfortunately one neighbor was recently bitten. It is the law that all pets must be on leashes and walked by someone who is able to keep control of animal at all times. There have also been some instances of poop left in neighbors yards and pets urinating on neighbors bushes as well. Be respectful of your neighbors' property and pick up all poop and do not let pets harm neighbors plants and bushes.

Be on the Alert! - Report It!
If you witness any destructive or suspicious activity in our neighborhood, alert the Gwinnett Police Department immediately. If we report incidents often and quickly it will keep police watching out for our neighborhood. It will also put any possible culprits on notice that we will not tolerate criminal behavior in our community.Enter police numbers into your phone so you will prepared if you ever need them.
Gwinnett County Police Department: 770-513-5700, Crime Tip Line: 770-513-5390, Call 911 in case of an Emergency

Animal Complaints
The HOA Board does not get involved in animal complaints. All complaints concerning animals (noise, running loose, etc.) need to be addressed between neighbors directly or homeowners may contact Gwinnett Animal Control at 770-339-3200.

Slow Down and Stop at Intersections!
There have been many complaints of vehicles speeding on our streets. Please remember that the speed limit in our neighborhood is 25mph. Driving faster than this is a danger to the adults, children, and pets walking and playing in our neighborhood. There are also many vehicles not stopping at stop signs in the neighborhood. Please come to a complete stop and check for oncoming vehicles before proceeding.

Lake Trail…
Please remember that our lake trail is for foot traffic only. No motorized vehicles are allowed. If you see any trash on the trail please dispose of it in the provided cans.Contact Michael Hodge at board@wellingtonwalkhoa.com  with any lake trail maintenance concerns.
